What You'll Learn

Assessing If You Are Strong Enough to Help Them

Before you can effectively help someone, you need to evaluate your own emotional and mental strength. This course will help you:

  • Recognize the impact of their addiction on your well-being.
  • Identify if you are in a place to help—or if stepping back is the healthiest choice.
  • Establish realistic expectations about the role you can play in their recovery.

Tools Needed to Most Effectively Help the Addict

Not all help is helpful. Learn how to support someone struggling with addiction without enabling destructive behavior. You’ll gain: Practical communication strategies that encourage change. Boundaries that allow you to help while protecting yourself. A deep understanding of what real support looks like—and what it doesn’t.

Course Three:

Learn How to Be at Peace with the Outcome

Ultimately, their choices are not yours to control. In this final course, you'll discover:

  • How to release the weight of responsibility for their recovery.
  • Strategies to maintain your own peace and emotional well-being.
  • The confidence to move forward, no matter what happens next.
